Payment is due prior to the conference and includes the opening reception, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, breaks, a detailed conference workbook as well as all meeting materials available during the conference. Every effort will be made by Verney Conference Management to ensure that speaker materials will be provided.

Pre-conference workshop fees include breaks and materials. Morning workshops include continental breakfast. Lunch will be provided for participants who register for both workshops.

If you register less than two weeks prior to the conference, credit card payment or a valid government purchase order number with applicable contact information will be required.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

You may substitute delegates at any time by advising Verney Conference Management, however a single registration cannot be shared between two or more individuals.

Cancellations received by May 16 will receive a refund, less 10% service charge.

Cancellations after May 16 and before May 22, will receive a refund, less 15% service charge.

No refunds are possible after May 22, 2007.

Agenda Alterations, Postponements, and Speaker Substitutions:

FCO and Verney Conference Management reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers, topics, and/or agenda if necessary. If event organizers are required to cancel an event a full refund will be issued. Event organizers assume no liability whatsoever if the conference is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to fortuitous event, "Act of God", unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders the performance of this conference impractical or impossible. Every effort will be made to contact each participant if the conference must be canceled or postponed. If a program is canceled, FCO and Verney Conference Management’s liability shall be limited to conference registration fees only.
