CAPAPA is proud to be a supporting association of the Maritime Access & Privacy Workshop 2008. CAPAPA has been created in response to the growing demand for information access and protection of privacy (IAPP) professionals in the private and public sectors. The Canadian Association of Professional Access and Privacy Administrators (CAPAPA) is a unique association that is dedicated to the ongoing professional development, education and expanded expertise of individuals who work in the information access and privacy field. Incorporated in June, 2002, CAPAPA has members across Canada in both the private sector and all levels of government.
The Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) is an international organization devoted to the growing field of records and information management. With members from across Nova Scotia, the Halifax Chapter is dedicated to presenting high quality educational programming and providing networking opportunities for a diverse community of records and information management professionals. The result is a membership that can meet the records and information management challenges and opportunities.
