Enterprise Information Management

An Enterprise Information Management (also known as Enterprise IM or EIM) system is an integrated suite of content management applications, processes and business rules that manages information in all media through its entire life cycle in a comprehensive and consistent manner.

These sessions will explore what “Enterprise Information Management” really means; EIM’s benefits to a large enterprise; the development of business rules; change management, planning and implementation; and lessons learned in planning and implementing EIM in other jurisdictions.
