For those of you needing to travel to the conference we are pleased to announce that the conference management team at Verney Conference Management has secured a 10% discount with Westjet on the best available fare at the time of booking. (Excluding unadvertised seat sales)

In order to secure your discount you must quote QC #3998, and call 888.493.7853, or you can print off the booking form and fax it to 800.582.7072, you can also email the form to conventions@westjet.com [Conference Discount cannot be applied online.]

Please note: This discount is only available 3 days prior and 3 after the conference dates. As well, it only applies to flights to/from Vancouver.
